Shipping Destinations

16th Avenue currently ships to addresses within the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping outside these locations at this time.

Shipping times will vary based on supplier location, the destination of the order, order processing times, chosen shipping method, and whether an item is personalized or custom-made. However, we strive to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. Below are our general shipping timelines:

  • Orders Fulfilled from U.S. Warehouses:

    • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

    • Delivery time to U.S. addresses: 1-2 business days.

    • Delivery time to Canadian addresses: 1-4 business days.

  • Orders Fulfilled from Warehouses Outside the U.S.:

    • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days.

    • Delivery time to Canadian Addresses 7-12 days.
    • Delivery time to United Kingdom 5-11 days.
  • Personalized & Custom Items:

    • Orders containing personalized or custom items may take additional time to process and ship. Customers will be notified if extended shipping times apply.

General Shipping Commitment At 16th Avenue, we make every effort to ensure that all orders are shipped with a delivery expectancy of no more than 15 days from the date of order placement. While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen delays due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other external factors may occasionally occur.

If a package is returned to us due to address errors, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
